These will usually be smaller items that a shopper can buy without any research or planning. These are the things that appeal to the spontaneous side of every shopper. convenience goods:these are the goods that are most routinely bought. So if you are running a grocery store, these will be the eggs and milk and the like. Luxury goods:these are the expensive items that will have a lot of planning and thinking behind them. These are more expensive and not necessary items, but ones to be used for leisure.
